When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1 to 7 days to process your order. When your order
is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
Can I order a product which is out of stock?

if we can have your product made and inform you about the estimated delivery.
Can I order a custom made product?

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines and Thailand.

What are the costs for domestic shipping?
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days by Thailand Post - FREE.
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days by Thailand Post - THB 50 per order.
What are the costs for international shipping?
Shipping by Thailand Post: 7 to 14 business days.
Orders up to THB 10,000: THB 350 per order.
Orders above THB 10,000: FREE.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT),
which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
KAMONMANEE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied
and are your responsibility as the customer.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs delays.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order
has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will
be active within 24 hours.
How long will shipping take?
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days by Thailand Post
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days by Thailand Post.
International Shipping
Shipping by Thailand Post: 7 to 14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is
unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount
minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please
email us as soon as possible at support@kamonmanee.com with your order
number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a
case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
